SUMMER THEATER FACULTY

Rebecca Campbell – Musical Theater, Ballet/Tap Dance and Acting

Rebecca Campbell attained her B.A. in Theatre with a minor in Dance from Dean College and a M.A. in Theatre Studies at Montclair State University. Currently Rebecca is an Adjunct Professor of the Performing Arts at Dean College.  Her experience includes work as a Program Assistant for Peak Performances at The Alexander Kasser Theatre, a production house that premieres Global and American performing artists. She has Co-Directed a summer youth camp, and directed, produced and choreographed numerous musicals and plays.  She will Direct the and Manage Summer Theater for PAC.

Eliomar Nascimento – Piano, Voice, and Musical Theater

Eliomar Nascimento started as a pianist earning a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from the Brazilian Conservatory of Music, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He then dedicated his career to the Operatic stage pursuing another Bachelor’s degree in Voice from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He then moved to Boston for a Master’s degree in Vocal Performance and Certificate Diploma from the Opera Institute at Boston University. Eliomar brings his musical experience as a faculty member for the Young Artists Vocal Program for Boston University Tanglewood Institute in Lenox, MA. He teaches voice and piano at PAC and is Music Director for PAC summer musical theater workshops. While at B.U., Eliomar tackled roles like Figaro in Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro and Don Alfonso in Mozart’s Così fan tutte. Praised by the Boston Herald as the owner of a “Deep, lush voice” for his portrayal of Don Basilio in Rossini’s Barber of Seville, he has also appeared in La Traviata, Lo Schiavo, I Pagliacci, Elektra, Salome, La Clemenza di Tito, Magic Flute, Bluebeard’s Castle and many others with companies such as Opera Aperta, Real Time Opera, Connecticut Lyric Opera and Boston Lyric Opera. Mr. Nacimento is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian.
